Train at the beach, park, in your own home/garden, at my private studio or at The Gym Group in Hastings town centre.
As a professional trainer, my aim is to ensure that clients can achieve their fitness goals no matter their age, weight or ability.
Whether you struggle knowing what to do, how to train safely or simply lack the motivation, I am positive I can help.
Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals.
I offer One to One training sessions so you'll have my undivided attention. If you prefer, for a small additional fee you can invite one or two friends to join you.
No need to worry about going to the gym, I will come to you. Whether you wish to train in the park, on the beach or simply in your own home or garden.
